PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Police have arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting outside a QuikTrip in east Phoenix on Friday morning.
Officers took 25‑year‑old Deondre Stephon Franklin into custody on Saturday for the death of 52‑year‑old Danny Lyn Kaster, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The shooting happened outside the QuikTrip store at 44th and Oak streets, between Thomas and McDowell roads. Officers found Kaster with at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died…
