It’s happened to nearly every driver before. You’ll be minding your own business heading down the road when another vehicle flashes its headlights at you. It can be a safety signal or completely confusing.
While on the road, drivers may choose to flash their car’s headlights at other vehicles to warn those drivers of hazards. These dangers could include driving without headlights, obstacles in the road, police ahead or for numerous other reasons.
