Gilbert’s Val Vista corridor is about to get another reason to skip cooking. Tony Gemignani’s Slice House is headed to the East Valley this February, bringing the chef-owned fast-casual pizzeria to 3115 South Val Vista Drive near the Val Vista and Pecos intersection. The compact, counter-service spot is slated to focus on slice-friendly New York, Detroit and Sicilian pies, backed up by pastas, wings, salads and desserts.

According to Town of Gilbert records, Slice House by Tony Gemignani has a pending Series 12 restaurant liquor license application for 3115 South Val Vista Drive, Unit 101.
