Caldwell County BBQ is bringing its signature smoke and soul to the West Valley with the grand opening of its newest location in Peoria on February 5. The celebration begins with a ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m., marking a milestone for the Arizona-based barbecue favorite as it opens its third location.
The new Peoria outpost is a ground-up construction spanning 4,800 square feet, designed to blend indoor comfort with outdoor gathering spaces. A 1,200-square-foot patio invites guests to linger, complete with indoor and outdoor bars, TVs, and BBQ-inspired specialty cocktails crafted by Caldwell County BBQ’s bartenders. The restaurant also features bi-fold window doors for seamless indoor-outdoor flow and a private dining room that accommodates up to 34 guests, making it an ideal spot for celebrations and special events.
“We’re thrilled to bring Caldwell County BBQ to Peoria and share our passion for authentic barbecue,” Owner Travis Taylor said. “From the welcoming atmosphere to the slow-cooked meats, our goal is to make Caldwell County BBQ a destination for great food and memorable experiences here in the West Valley.”
Peoria Mayor Jason Beck will attend the ribbon cutting to recognize the role Caldwell County BBQ plays in the city’s broader downtown revitalization efforts.
“We’re excited to welcome Caldwell County BBQ to Peoria’s Historic Downtown. This grand opening kicks off the revitalization of downtown and displays the importance of attracting businesses that invest in our community, create jobs and attract new visitors,” Beck said. “I am thrilled to see this vision finally coming to life and to watch Downtown Peoria continue to grow as an important destination within our city.”…
