PHOENIX — An 18-year-old who was reported missing to Phoenix police has recently been found deceased in the West Valley.
On Jan. 19, a Phoenix officer took a report for Yessenia Norman after she was reported missing from a facility she had been residing. Phoenix police said Norman was found deceased in Tolleson on Jan. 28.
