PHOENIX — Phoenix Police say a man they detained for suspicion of DUI after he crashed his vehicle into a bus stop near 19th and Orangewood avenues on Tuesday afternoon was ill, not impaired.
Police told 12News later in the evening that the driver was experiencing a medical emergency that caused the crash.
