TOLLESON, Ariz — A man has been arrested in Mississippi on suspicion of being involved in the death of an 18-year-old woman in Arizona.
The Tolleson Police Department announced Friday that an arrest had been made in the murder of Yessenia Norman after she was found dead inside an apartment from apparent stab wounds on Jan. 28.
