TOLLESON, AZ (AZFamily) — The suspect in the murder of a young woman in the West Valley is back in Arizona to face charges.
Randal Basilio Santillan, 27, was extradited from a Mississippi jail to Maricopa County in connection with the death of 18-year-old Yessenia Gabriella Norman.
Norman was found stabbed to death inside an apartment on 91st Avenue just south of Interstate 10 in Tolleson on Jan. 28. Tolleson police say the apartment was leased to Santillan.
Investigators then learned that Norman had met Santillan through a social media dating site, and that she left her Phoenix apartment on Jan. 15 to see him in person. She never returned, and her roommate reported her missing four days later…
