AVONDALE, Ariz. — A Police Alert has been issued in Avondale for a three-year-old African American female believed to be with a 30-year-old white woman.
The Avondale Police Department said three-year-old Kehlani Rogers was last seen at 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 20 near 118th Avenue and Thomas Road.
Kehlani is described as 3 feet 5 inches tall, with a thin build, brown braided hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing pink pajamas…
