PHOENIX — The Phoenix Fire Department said 50 to 60 firefighters were called to battle an apartment fire near 35th Avenue and Indian School Road early Tuesday morning.
According to fire officials, when crews arrived, they found flames and smoke coming from the third floor of the building.
