GILBERT, Ariz. — A Gilbert man was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly admitted to surreptitiously recording people using bathrooms in Scottsdale, public records show.
The investigation began when a deputy in South Carolina reported finding a mysterious USB drive in a car he had recently bought. The drive allegedly contained several “surreptitious” videos recorded inside a bathroom.
