Man dies after three-car crash in west Phoenix

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Phoenix police say a man has died after a three-car crash in west Phoenix Monday night.

Around 9:45 p.m., officers and firefighters responded to the area of 67th Avenue and McDowell Road for reports of a three-car crash. When police arrived, they found the driver of the first vehicle, 35-year-old Orlando Cadena, seriously hurt.

Cadena was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.

Two other women in the second car were seriously hurt but are expected to be OK, police said. Meanwhile, the driver of the third car was treated by first responders on scene…
