Phoenix police arrested Domingo Herrera Espinoza, 26, after the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner ruled his baby son’s death a homicide.
Around 8:52 p.m. Aug. 31, 2025, officers arrived at a home near 19th Avenue and Roeser Road regarding an unresponsive child, according to Phoenix Police spokesperson Sgt. Rob Scherer.
