Deer Valley school superintendent announces plans to resign

PHOENIX — Deer Valley Unified School Superintendent Curtis Finch announced Tuesday he’s planning to resign.

At the end of a four-hour school board meeting on March 10, Finch announced he would submit a resignation letter to the district’s human resources department.
