PHOENIX (AZFamily) — At least one person is seriously hurt after a vehicle transporter crashed into a pickup truck on a Phoenix freeway Thursday morning.
Details are limited, but troopers said it happened near the 7th Street interchange along Interstate 17 just after 10 a.m.
Witnesses told DPS that the car haul crossed all lanes of traffic before colliding with the pickup. DPS said the driver of the pickup may have been thrown out of the car because of the impact.
