Sheriff: Woman moved to Scottsdale and discovered $60K worth of property missing

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Two suspects have been arrested in Yavapai County for allegedly being involved in stealing property from a U-Haul on its way to the Valley.

The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office said search warrants were executed in Cornville on March 18 and resulted in the arrests of 51-year-old Raymond Holguin and 57-year-old Marc Morris.

The case is related to a theft that reportedly occurred in early January as a woman was moving from Utah to Scottsdale. She had hired movers to transport her belongings, but about $60,000 worth of property was taken from the U-Haul during the trip…
