High-speed camera in Phoenix targeted by spray paint, gunfire

Another act of vandalism targeted a high-speed camera in Phoenix. This time, Phoenix police say the camera was damaged from both spray paint and gunfire.

The camera at 19th Avenue and Thunderbird Road was one in a network of devices reintroduced by the city to address drivers violating the speed limit.
