PHOENIX — The Glendale Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects believed to have stolen over $4,000 through debit card fraud.
They allegedly used cloned debit cards and a fraudulent ID to conduct unauthorized transactions in the victim’s name, according to Glendale Police spokesperson Sgt. Bryan Hoskin.
