PEORIA, Ariz. — An underweight dog was recently found alone in a Peoria field and tied to a tree.
The Peoria Police Department said officers were dispatched on the morning of March 12 for reports of a dog tethered to a tree. Upon arrival, officers found a dog that appeared malnourished but was alert.
