AAWL offers support and opportunities

The Arizona Animal Welfare League’s (AAWL) Community Clinic is a low-cost veterinary clinic that offers pet families access to low-cost prevention and wellness services.

The clinic, located at 30 N. 40th Place, is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. every Saturday and focuses on services such as vaccines, flea/tick/heartworm treatment, nail trims, ear infections and other wellness care. Contact the clinic at 602-358-7267 or visit www.aawl.org/cvc-services to schedule an appointment.

This month, residents who would like to support AAWL’s efforts are invited to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to have their pet featured on a custom beer can. Now through April 7, residents can purchase one raffle ticket for $50 or three tickets for $100 for a chance to see their pet on thousands of Ale Wagger cans. Plus, the winner will get to celebrate in style with friends and family at the launch party later this year – a fun day filled with beer, food, and puppies.
