PHOENIX — A defendant has been sentenced to prison for his role in the death of a man who was beaten and set on fire in a dumpster located in a Phoenix homeless encampment.
Isaiah Baskin, 22, was recently sentenced to 38 years in prison for the murder of Geoffrey Rugwiro, according to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
