EL MIRAGE, AZ (AZFamily) — El Mirage police said Monday what happened before a shooting that left a 17-year-old dead and another 17-year-old behind bars.
Detectives said a gun deal is why Schiloh Albin Niyibizi and Ashtin Evans met on the night of April 27.
