- The hospital expanded to 238 beds from 204, anchored by a new four-story, 166,000-square-foot patient care pavilion.
- Campus upgrades include four new operating rooms, expanded pre- and post-op areas, and a redesigned main entrance and lobby.
- Remaining elements, including a new first-floor cafeteria and renovated kitchen, are expected to open this summer, with a ribbon-cutting planned later in 2026.
PHOENIX — HonorHealth has completed work on a $170 million renovation and expansion at HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center, a project the nonprofit health system said is designed to increase capacity and modernize care environments for the growing north Phoenix community.
