A Pittsburgh man is headed back to prison after federal prosecutors say he stole mail for the third time.
58-year-old Tyrone Mobley of East Hills was sentenced to 27 months behind bars after pleading guilty to stealing a package from an apartment building in Pittsburgh’s Oakland-Shadyside area.
