ROSTRAVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) – Beginning at dusk and throughout the night, cameras catch rats’ glowing eyes and slender tails darting through the dark.
Residents in a neighborhood on Adams Drive say they’ve been setting traps, killing dozens over the last month, but the rat problem persists.
