Alleged Grove City Outlet fragrance shoplifter has criminal history

A former Youngstown woman with a history of retail theft crimes in Ohio and Pennsylvania is in the Allegheny County Jail, accused of stealing 17 bottles of perfume worth more than $2,600 from a Grove City Premium Outlet store in Mercer County.

State Police say they issued a warrant for the arrest of 57-year-old Charnise Dent of Pittsburgh after identifying her as the woman seen on security footage shoplifting fragrances from Ulta Beauty in early May.

A public information statement issued by police on Sunday says Dent walked to the counter displaying tester bottles of perfume and peeled off the security tags from seventeen bottles…
