A Consumer Alert has been issued for a restaurant in Pittsburgh after it was hit with nearly 20 violations during a reinspection.
The Allegheny County Health Department says Maya Sushi on Murray Avenue in Squirrel Hill was hit with 18 total violations, four of those considered high-risk.
