A Brick woman “freaked out” when a bug flew into her vehicle in western Pennsylvania last week leading her to cross into oncoming traffic and hit a motorcycle, killing its two occupants, police allege.
Bernadette A. Cobb, 55, is charged with two counts of homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter and several related crimes and traffic offenses for the Aug. 12 crash in Clearfield County.
