Elijaha Feight, 19, is facing charges after investigators say they linked him to a recent street takeover in Pittsburgh involving nearly 100 vehicles.
Investigators allege several videos helped them identify Feight in connection with the incident. The activity began on Beaver Avenue in Chateau before nearly 100 vehicles dispersed and gathered near the Amazon warehouse in Chartiers.
