Allegheny County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a woman who had been a fugitive for nearly three years alongside a second wanted man on Jersey Street in McKeesport.
Sheriff Kevin M. Kraus announced the arrests after authorities also recovered two handguns and over a half-pound of suspected marijuana at the home.
