Pittsburgh police have arrested a Homewood man who is charged with a deadly shooting early Wednesday morning, one of four fatal shootings this week in Allegheny County.
Thomas Jackson Jr., 51, of Pittsburgh was charged with criminal homicide and tampering with evidence.
