Pittsburgh’s water authority is rolling out a new debt forgiveness program for customers behind on their bills.
Eligible Pittsburgh Water customers will now have past due payments erased, as long as they make on-time payments of new bills for 24 months.
Previously, customers had to make payments on their debt as well as new bills. Now debt will be frozen and forgiven monthly over the course of two years…
