A Connoquenessing Borough woman and former inspector of elections died Thursday, Sept. 17, following a rollover crash involving a cement truck and another vehicle on Mars-Evans City Road, according to an Allegheny County Police official.
Aileen Palloni, 77, died of blunt force trauma to her head and chest after being taken to a Pittsburgh hospital from the crash near the intersection of Mars-Evans City and Myoma roads, according to Jim Madalinsky, the senior public information officer for public safety for the Allegheny County Police Department.
