As fall kicks off, a nor’easter is developing off the East Coast, with the potential to impact Pennsylvania ahead of the weekend.
The affects of the storm were likely to be felt as early as Sept. 24 evening in some areas, including the eastern parts of Pennsylvania, with some areas likely to see flooding, heavy winds and potential power outages. Major cities expected to feel the impacts of the storm included Washington, D.C., Boston and New York. But will the storm impact Pittsburgh?
