A man is in critical condition after he was hit by a vehicle on a busy road in Allegheny County overnight.
A Ross Township Police Department spokesperson tells Channel 11 that a 29-year-old man was hit by a vehicle while crossing McKnight Road near Nelson Run Road just after 1 a.m.
First responders performed CPR on scene and were able to maintain a pulse. Medics took the man to Allegheny General Hospital, where he was last said to be in critical condition…
