MUNHALL, Pa. – A cat’s life was saved after it was found in a trash bag near the Lowe’s store in the Waterfront. That’s according to a Facebook post by the White Oak Animal Safe Haven. Details on how long the cat was there and who the cat belonged to remains unclear.
