MCKEESPORT, Pa. – Eleven days afterPittsburgh’s Action News 4 reported that Sable Kennel in McKeesport was in desperate need of a new roof, work was underway. “We are so overwhelmed with joy about how fast everything came in,” said humane officer Dawn Weichler. “As of this week, we won’t have water coming in through the ceiling, which is going to be a blessing because it was raining the other day and it was pouring down the wall again.”
