CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A local woman is facing theft charges after she was reportedly caught red-handed concealing items at Walmart in Cranberry Township. Court documents show that Franklin-based State Police filed criminal charges against 28-year-old Kiera Jibri Morgan, of Franklin, in Magisterial District Judge Patrick E. Lowrey’s office on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
