Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, so time is ticking if you want to make a dinner reservation. To assist you, OpenTable, an online reservation service, released its annual list of the top 100 most romantic restaurants in the nation. The list features five establishments in Pennsylvania, including two in Lancaster City.
