MCKEESPORT, Pa. – Tuesday marks one year since theshooting death of McKeesport Officer Sean Sluganski. On Feb. 6, 2023, Sluganski and his partner, Officer Charles Thomas Jr. were responding to a domestic incident in McKeesport when Sluganski was shot and killed. His partner, Thomas Jr., was also injured but survived the incident.
