PITTSBURGH – A portion of the wall near a UPMC garage collapsed Friday in Pittsburgh’s Bloomfield neighborhood, causing problems for drivers. This happened at the Luna garage just off of Baum Boulevard. Video sent to us by a viewer shows the aftermath of that collapse around 6 p.m. near the garage.
