PITTSBURGH – Pittsburgh’s Action Weather meteorologist Ashley Dougherty said snow will return to Pittsburgh early Tuesday, making Tuesday an Impact Day in the city. In the Certified Most Accurate Forecast, Dougherty said Monday is expected to start a little chilly and stay mostly dry until a storm system hits later in the day with rain on Monday night changing to snow early Tuesday morning.
