A man who police say was involved in a fatal shooting in Export last month waived his right Tuesday morning to a preliminary hearing for drug offenses. Matthew A. Miller, 32, was taken into police custody June 18 after a shooting that resulted in the death of Daniel T. Chicka Jr., 65, of Avonmore. State police said the shooting, which occurred in the 5800 block of Madison Avenue, stemmed from a monthslong parking dispute between Miller and Chicka.
