ROCHESTER, Pa. – An investigation is underway in Rochester, Pennsylvania after a domestic dispute resulted in an officer losing part of his finger. A criminal complaint says Rochester Borough Police were dispatched to 154 Monroe Street around 10:30 p.m. Monday after a man and a woman made calls of a dispute between them within their apartment.
