A woman is facing a number of charges including aggravated assault and reckless endangerment after police say she drove through a barricade at Sunday’s Open Streets Pittsburgh event in the Homewood area.
Investigators say Arielle Scipone drove through the barricade at North Braddock and Thomas Boulevard.
