Robinson Township, PA — A local tattoo artist was charged after investigators determined he sexually assaulted a female customer during a tattoo session, Allegheny County Police announced Wednesday.
Detectives say 36-year-old Sean Seretti faces charges including aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault in connection with the June 6 incident at All Good Tattoo on Steubenville Pike.
