A man was shot and killed after an argument near a car wash in Penn Hills.
The Allegheny County Police Department says 911 officials were notified of a shooting on the 11000 block of Frankstown Road at 6:11 p.m.
“A Penn Hills officer was nearby and heard gunshots,” Lt. Nando Costa said. “He approached the area of Frankstown Road and Duff Road and was flagged down. They stated that an individual was shot.”…
