CORAOPOLIS ― Authorities have identified the borough pedestrian who was fatally struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run incident the evening of Aug. 3.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office said Aug. 5 that 61-year-old Ulises Montalvo of Coraopolis died around 8:40 p.m. Sunday, shortly after he was struck by a vehicle while crossing Fourth Street at Main Street in the borough.
