There was no mistaking the smell at Allegheny Commons Park on Sunday afternoon.
The sharp, slightly skunky aroma lightly covered the park, not as thick as the overbearing August humidity, but a constant presence among the tie-dye clothing, live music and hundreds of people gathering for the fifth annual Pittsburgh Cannabis Fest.
