WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — A Pittsburgh man has pleaded guilty to illegally possessing a firearm after being found with a handgun during a traffic stop in West Virginia.
Tomez Faulkner, 38, admitted to the charge in federal court. According to court documents, Ohio County Sheriff’s deputies approached Faulkner’s vehicle after noticing it stopped with hazard lights on along Interstate 70.
Deputies found a 9mm pistol in the vehicle. Faulkner is barred from owning firearms due to previous convictions for drug and assault offenses…
